Quality Standard
SAVI sets out to install and maintain a Quality Management System – QMS to the highest standard as expected by our Aerospace and Industrial customers, so we are certified to AS9100-D for our production plant and ISO9001:2015 for our tooling development division. Further to this SAVI is engaged with NADCAP approvals for Non-Destructive Testing – FPI, Weld and Electro Discharge Machining – EDM.
Beyond this however, SAVI recognises the necessity in the manufacturing community to be environmentally responsible and cost (energy) efficient, we are also engaged with a programme to obtain ISO14001 and ISO50001.
Quality Inspection
SAVI integrates the latest standard and technology in its component inspection, calibration and recording, both to ensure compliant delivery while also allowing for the growth and development of the internal engineering capability.
