SAVI Precision Engineering is an engineering company registered in Sonora, Mexico, supported by a subsidiary in Colne, UK. We offer advanced engineering and manufacturing for aircraft engine and industrial gas turbine hot zone fabricated seal and insert components, covering broad sheet metal fabrication scope and capabilities including hydraulic press forming, EDM – Wire & Sink, Weld, Laser, FPI and finishing.

Engineering and Manufacturing: Positioned as a Tier 1-2 supplier, with in-house engineering, R&D and manufacturing support from the UK, SAVI offers a full suite of design and process capabilities. The company will exploit the full advantages of advanced inspection methods & FPI in conjunction with real-time statistical process control. Recruiting trained and proven local engineers & operators keen to join the Aerospace supply chain to deliver to the growing high profile market sector.

Global Supply Chain: Filling a growing need in the global supply chain. SAVI offers robust, cost-optimized business solutions. The company operates both within UK (process engineering & warehouse supply) and Mexico (component production) and can support direct customer supply from either location.

Commercial strengths: The SAVI business model exploits the vigour of a new enterprise, led by seasoned executive leadership. The independence and stability of SAVI is assured through local & management, private, long-term financing, complemented by hands-on conservative management. These advantages translate to a commercial saving to market in the order of 30% vs incumbent higher cost suppliers, while retaining capital to support progressive capacity ramp up.

R&D vision: SAVI is committed to developing engineering technical resource both in UK and Mexico in order to progressively delivery to an ever more demanding market. Though it is with the clear intent to volume production being placed within our optimized, expandable Mexico facility.

Environmental Policy

Top management and all who work at SAVI Precision Engineering are committed to the care of the environment and the prevention of pollution. In particular we will:

  • Comply with local environmental legislation, regulatory authorities and other requirements.
  • Identify and review the environmental aspects of our activities and either eliminate, reduce or control them.
  • Reduce, re-use and recycle waste where possible.
  • Minimise consumption of energy and depletion of natural resources.
  • Monitor, control and reduce emissions where practical to air, land and water.
  • Control and reduce the use of Hazardous Materials.
  • Continually improve the environmental performance by:
  • Setting and achieving environmental objectives and targets.
  • Internal Audits.
  • Periodic Management Reviews of the Environmental Management System.
  • Promote environmental awareness of employees, customers and suppliers.

This policy is available to all personnel by way of induction, training and publication on notice boards. This policy will be made available to the public on request.

In order to ensure the achievement of the above commitments, SAVI Precision Engineering has documented, implemented and maintained an Environmental Management System which satisfies the requirements of ISO 14001:2015. ISSUE 1 (26/03/19)
